1:1 Training

  • In-person training in your home or local public space. 1-2 times weekly. <3-4 months in duration.

    Strength and cardiorespiratory fitness testing, tailored programming, progressive overload, a sounding board in support of your goals. Movement quality is prioritised.

    I'm looking for at least a one month commitment. Serving Tullow and the wider area. Register here.

  • Pay-as-you-go, €55 / hour

    x 10 sessions, €500

Small Group Training

  • High-quality coached classes. Focusing on the transfer of training to your movement patterns of everyday life.

    Priority is given to good technique and form, building progressively over time.

    A welcoming, supportive space. Currently taking place in Rathoe.

  • Pay-as-you-go, €18 / class

    4-week pass, once a week, €70

    4-week pass, twice a week, €130

    12-week pass, twice a week, €360

Strength and Movement Consultation

  • One-off / occasional professional input to improve athletic performance or to more generally strengthen and move well.

    Depending on your needs and priorities, this can include

    movement screening,

    athletic testing (speed, power, strength, endurance)

    guidance on programme design,

    exercise instruction.

  • x 2 (1 hour) appointments, €160

  • I love working with both endurance athletes and field sport athletes.

    I’m well attuned to the demands of sports such as Gaelic football, rugby, soccer, running and cycling.

    Technology available for training and testing includes OUTPUT, Freelap, and RYPT.
